On June 10, 2024, HAMEL received 《The 7th Asia Golden Star Product Award》 at [🇯🇵 The Westin Tokyo]. This is a significant achievement made possible by the efforts of our staff and the support of our customers, and we sincerely thank our customers from all over Malaysia for their unfailing support over the past 12 years.
It has not been an easy journey, and from our 1st outlet store to our 11th outlet, we have always been steady in our approach. For us, the number of branches is not the most important thing, but the overall process and experience that customers have in our stores. We strongly believe that a good service as well as a quality product will be determined and recognized by our customers.
We not only pursue excellent product quality, but also focus on the customer's driving experience. Every customer's satisfaction and support is our motivation to move forward. We will continue to work hard to provide our customers with better service and better driving experience.
Looking to the future, we promise to keep up the good work, improve ourselves, meet more challenges and create more honors. We hope that you will continue to witness and support us, and work hand in hand to write more brilliant chapters on the road ahead.

On 8th December 2022, we can proudly say that “We’ve made it”. HAMEL is honored in competing with the great big 100 entries companies. Only 16 companies won and HAMEL is one of the 16 companies won this prestigious award. We would like to cherish this opportunity to express our deep appreciation to Business Media International (BMI) for the remarkable recognition and selecting HAMEL as winner for CXP Best Customer Experience Awards 2022.
This is not just some random award for us but it is a great historical moment that records the countless milestone we have accomplished along journey in the past 10 years. Its been our motto since day one to deliver an excellent and memorable customer experience more that our customer could expect. Going above and beyond customer expectations have not always been easy, we need to allocate our time for market research and make necessary preparations by going the extra mile to understand and solve the problems and needs of our customers.

Besides, on February 15, 2022, HAMEL has also acquired the SIRIM certified MS2669:2017 (AMD 1:2018) which is region's first standardized test for vehicle tint film set by the Department of Standards Malaysia. On 21st January 2022, this exceptional date marks the franchise collaboration of Hamel Marketing and Neatify on the upcoming opening of Johor 1st Naturechromic Car Window Film. This MOU Signing Ceremony was attended by representatives from both parties to witness and concede in regard to the future growth of Hamel. The signing ceremony was conducted in one of MSC Cyberport’s conference room with both parties sharing their vision, mission and milestone of Hamel. Hopefully, one day Hamel will not only serve customers down in the south where else also serve customers from the Singapore.

On 9th January 2022, Hamel Malaysia celebrated its 10th year anniversary with the grand opening of its newest branch in Setapak. The ceremony was attended by VIP guests and all members of staff. This new milestone demonstrated that Hamel Malaysia has developed into a sustainable business over the past decade.
The company’s growth was motivated by the increase in customer demand as well as marketing and promotional activities on social media. Hamel Malaysia has also received positive feedback for its warranty coverage, customer service and after-sales service.
